We love WestWind Karate! Our son has been enrolled for almost 2 years and it has had such a positive impact on him. We absolutely love the instructors and staff at WestWind, they truly care about the students and teach such positive values and lessons. WestWind makes both the students and parents feel like family and has such a great community. Thank you WestWind Karate, we look forward to many more amazing years!

It’s really fun to do Karate together! There’s nothing like it. We get to punch, kick, then give each other a hug at the end and go home.

Without trying to be dramatic, WWK changed my life. Going through the program shaped me into the person I am today. West Wind Karate’s program teaches more than just self defense. I developed discipline, self-control, perseverance, and found my second family. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for practical self defense classes that teach tenants that you can apply to all aspects of your life.

My daughter has been going to Westwood Karate School for 3 years now and we absolutely love it. The teachers, especially Mr. K and Mr. Rennie, are amazing with kids. They connect with them right away and make every class fun and engaging. Really, all the teachers there are awesome. My daughter genuinely looks forward to going to karate, which says everything. Mr. K and Mr. Rennie are simply awesome at what they do. Highly recommend!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

My son and I have been going to karate here for about a year. Not only is it a fun activity for us to do together, it has helped my back pain so much! Before it was difficult for me to stand or walk for long periods of time. Westwind worked with me modifying movements and I’m very happy to report that I have not experienced this issue in quite some time now. I credit this to karate! It’s been life changing to be able to be more active daily. Thanks westwind!!!

We love it here! Our daughter started after getting picked on in school. WestWind has taught her so much, including confidence, skills, and also weekly values that help make a good person. Nice and helpful instructor as well. Best choice we’ve made for her!

We love this place. We enrolled my daughter here about three months ago. Her confidence has increased. She has also improved with her moves. It’s so fun to see her grow. The instructors make sure all of the students are learning. They have other teachers walking looking for students who need extra help. The staff is super friendly. You’re treated like close friends. They want everyone to improve. They definitely make you earn your ranks too. They also have summer and Christmas parties. They are family.

I’ve been a student at Westwind for many years and it has been the most amazing experience. The curriculum is fun and friendly for all-ages, teaches you how to defend yourself effectively, and is a great workout. The teachers are all kind and incredibly skilled at martial arts, and the wonderful people you get to study with makes the experience even better!

My kids love coming here. The instructors are so great with the kids and they actually care if they succeed. We love WestWind. I’m excited to see how well my kids continue to do

My son is in the Early Skills classes. WestWind Karate has done wonders for his self-discipline, following directions, and fine motor skills, plus he is having lots of fun too! We are excited to watch his accomplishments continue here over the years ahead!
